Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick merchandise from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Use RF scanners or pick lists to identify and retrieve items.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station and work area.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards for picking and packing.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role is desirable.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and moderate Lifting, up to 40 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehousing principles.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all protocols including PPE.
