Picker/Packer

Job Summary:
Our Orlando, Florida facility is seeking energetic Picker/Packers to support our growing logistics and fulfillment operations. This role is fundamental to ensuring customer orders are accurately assembled and prepared for shipment. You will be responsible for locating items within the warehouse, verifying quantities, and packing them securely. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations based on order details.
• Verify picked items against order specifications for accuracy and quality.
• Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
• Label packages accurately with shipping information.
• Maintain productivity standards and contribute to team goals.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts within the logistics department.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is advantageous.
• Ability to perform tasks that require consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
