Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team in San Francisco, California, as a Fulfillment Associate. This role is pivotal to ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing a wide range of products for shipment. This position requires a keen eye for detail, speed, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively with team members to maintain an organized and productive warehouse. A strong commitment to our Logistics operations and upholding rigorous Safety standards is expected. The ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory based on customer orders.
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
  • Follow all company procedures and guidelines related to order fulfillment and Logistics .
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and wear the required PPE .
  • Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse role is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE , such as safety vests and gloves.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
