Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory based on customer orders.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Follow all company procedures and guidelines related to order fulfillment and Logistics .
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and wear the required PPE .
- Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Willingness to wear required PPE , such as safety vests and gloves.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
