Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our team in Boise, Idaho. This role is vital for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, playing a key part in our operational success. Your responsibilities will include picking products from inventory, packing orders with care, processing shipments through our system, and maintaining an organized and clean work environment. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace Safety , and all associates are required to follow strict safety procedures and utilize provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ). The position requires physical stamina, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and the ability to handle moderate Lifting of items up to 40 pounds. Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment setting is highly desirable, as is familiarity with Logistics processes and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order fulfillment lists.
- Inspect items for quality and condition before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Process shipments using the WMS and shipping software.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and wear designated PPE .
- Contribute to meeting daily fulfillment quotas and deadlines.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Operate hand scanners and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Report any operational issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
