Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick customer orders efficiently using scanning technology and order sheets.
- Pack orders with care to ensure product protection during transit.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (training provided).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Proficiency with RF scanning devices and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of logistics and order fulfillment processes.
