Job Summary:
We are hiring a versatile Shipping & Receiving Associate for our San Antonio, Texas facility. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our warehouse, involving both the efficient processing of incoming goods and the accurate preparation of outgoing shipments. You will handle tasks such as unloading trucks, verifying inventory, stocking shelves, picking orders, packing items, and coordinating carrier pickups. A strong understanding of logistics, a commitment to Safety, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual to join our dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in shipping and receiving or general warehouse roles. Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Commitment to workplace Safety. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of PPE and warehouse Safety. Key role in our logistics and supply chain.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and procedures.
- Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
