Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from designated warehouse locations.
- Use RF scanners or pick lists to identify and retrieve items.
- Verify product codes, descriptions, and quantities for each order.
- Pack picked items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Ensure correct shipping labels are applied to packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged items to a supervisor.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and wear required PPE .
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, contributing to overall Logistics flow.
- This position involves significant walking, standing, and moderate Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product information.
- Basic math skills for quantity checks.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability for Lifting and moving packages.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
