Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory locations based on system-generated pick lists or scanners.
- Verify product identification, quantity, and quality before packing.
- Select appropriate packaging materials (boxes, void fill, tape) to ensure product protection.
- Efficiently and accurately pack orders for shipment, meeting quality standards.
- Apply shipping labels and ensure packages are ready for dispatch.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, contributing to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and mandatory PPE requirements.
- Report any inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or safety hazards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Capacity for repetitive lifting of items up to 45 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Willingness to follow all logistics and safety procedures.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Punctual and reliable attendance is essential.
