Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Verify item numbers, quantities, and product details to ensure order accuracy.
- Stage picked items in designated areas for packing and shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
- Meet daily picking targets and quality standards.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and other inventory-related tasks as needed.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order information accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail is required to minimize errors.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in basic math and reading comprehension.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Understanding of general logistics and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
