Responsibilities:
- Accurately select items from warehouse locations based on pick lists or scanner data.
- Verify product codes and quantities against order requirements.
- Ensure picked items are free from damage before proceeding.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipment.
- Operate powered industrial trucks or equipment if trained and certified.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring aisles are clear.
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counting.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Meet or exceed established picking productivity targets.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for the duration of the shift.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with RF scanners is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
