Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
• Utilize RF scanners to locate and verify products.
• Ensure correct item quantities and product codes are picked.
• Transport picked items to designated packing or staging areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
• Meet established productivity metrics for picking.
• Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to supervision.
• Be prepared for consistent lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is advantageous.
• Ability to read and understand order pick lists.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse technology.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
• Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
• Good work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of logistics principles.
