Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves and storage locations according to customer orders.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring aisles are clear and inventory is tidy.
- Assist with inventory counts and reporting any discrepancies.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and workflow of the logistics department.
Requirements:
- Experience in picking and packing, or general warehouse work, is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product labels.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and perform frequent Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Dedication to maintaining workplace Safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
