Responsibilities:
- Select items from warehouse locations according to order specifications.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of picked and packed items.
- Ensure the work area is kept clean, orderly, and safe.
- Comply with all safety regulations, including the use of mandated PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment targets in our logistics center.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience in picking and packing or a similar warehouse role is an advantage.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
- Capable of lifting up to 45 lbs consistently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Adherence to safety standards and use of PPE.
