Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect items for defects or damage before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages accurately for shipping.
- Operate packing equipment such as tape machines and box erectors.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, including those related to Safety and the use of required PPE.
- Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment and accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Be prepared for moderate to heavy Lifting throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Demonstrated commitment to Safety protocols.
- Team player mentality with good communication skills.
