Picker/Packer

Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our busy warehouse in Provo, Utah. In this role, you will be instrumental in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include picking items from warehouse shelves based on order lists and carefully packing them for shipment. This position requires a high level of accuracy, speed, and attention to detail to ensure that our customers receive the correct products in excellent condition. Working within our logistics framework, you will contribute directly to customer satisfaction. A strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to proper handling techniques, including lifting , is essential. Proper use of PPE is mandatory.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
• Inspect items for damage before packing.
• Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, using appropriate materials.
• Label packages correctly for shipping.
• Stage packed orders for pickup by shipping carriers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all Safety guidelines and procedures, including proper Lifting techniques.
• Ensure the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE ).
• Contribute to the efficiency of the warehouse Logistics operations.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse work is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product information.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to follow Safety protocols and wear required PPE .
• Capability for frequent Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
• Basic understanding of Logistics and shipping processes is a plus.
