Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Select and retrieve correct items and quantities from warehouse stock.
- Confirm order details using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Stage picked items for quality control and packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damages to inventory.
- Operate hand trucks or pallet jacks as required.
- Work cooperatively with colleagues to meet team objectives.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counting.
- Support the overall flow of the warehouse Logistics by completing tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and RF scanning technology is a plus.
- Commitment to upholding workplace Safety standards.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Understanding of basic Logistics principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
