Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to digital pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage.
- Conduct quality checks on picked items and packed orders before dispatch.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as scanners and packing stations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all warehouse safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counting and stock put-away.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and the correct use of PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for the duration of the shift.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety shoes and vests, is mandatory.
