Job Summary:
Our Charlotte, North Carolina location is seeking an Order Picker to join our warehouse team. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently gathering items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is a key component of our logistics network, directly impacting customer satisfaction. You must be detail-oriented, possess good organizational skills, and have the stamina for consistent movement throughout the warehouse. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety; you will be expected to follow all protocols and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The job involves regular Lifting and requires the ability to work at a steady pace in a dynamic environment. We are looking for motivated individuals who can work both independently and as part of a team to ensure orders are picked accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists or scanning devices.
- Verify product information for accuracy before picking.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring no damage.
- Stage orders for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse operations.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret picking lists and product labels.
- Proficiency in basic math and keen attention to detail.
- Capable of consistent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and logistics.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good stamina and ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear necessary PPE.
