Order Picker

Job Summary:
Our Miami, Florida warehouse is looking for a diligent Order Picker to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your speed and accuracy are crucial to maintaining our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will work within a dynamic team environment, ensuring that all picked items are ready for the next stage of the shipping process.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from designated locations using pick lists or RF scanners.
• Verify product information, quantity, and quality before confirming picks.
• Transport picked items to the packing or staging area.
• Maintain organized and efficient work habits to maximize productivity.
• Adhere to all warehouse safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of required PPE.
• Keep work area clean and free of debris.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
• Operate manual and powered equipment, such as pallet jacks and order pickers, safely.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or orders to supervisors.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment focused on logistics excellence.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring consistent lifting up to 45 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in item identification.
• Good understanding of warehouse layouts and product locations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
• Basic math skills and ability to read and understand order details.
