Job Summary:
We are hiring an Order Picker for our busy facility in Chicago, Illinois, to support our growing logistics needs. As an Order Picker, you will be instrumental in fulfilling customer orders by accurately locating and gathering specified items from our warehouse shelves. This role requires efficiency, accuracy, and a strong focus on safety. You will utilize RF scanners and pick sheets to navigate the warehouse and identify products. Your role is vital in ensuring that customer orders are processed correctly and quickly, contributing directly to our reputation for excellent service. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to read and understand pick lists and scanner prompts. Knowledge of warehouse safety practices is essential.

- Locate and retrieve specific items from warehouse locations based on order tickets or scanner data.
- Verify picked items for accuracy against order details.
- Transport picked items to the packing or staging area.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through diligent picking practices.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety rules and wear required PPE.
- Assist with stock replenishment and put-away tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily order fulfillment targets.
- Contribute to efficient logistics flow within the facility.
