Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on warehouse equipment, including forklifts, conveyors, and automated systems.
- Conducting safety inspections and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and coordinating necessary repairs.
- Maintaining inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- Assisting with the organization and flow of materials within the warehouse.
- Implementing and enforcing safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Supporting the logistics team in daily warehouse activities as needed.
- Documenting all maintenance and repair activities.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to operate various types of warehouse equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety guidelines.
- Capability to perform tasks requiring moderate to heavy Lifting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
