Order Picker

Job Summary:
Join our bustling distribution hub in Boston, Massachusetts, as an Order Picker! We're searching for diligent individuals who excel at accuracy and efficiency. In this role, you will be the key to fulfilling customer orders by accurately picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. Your ability to navigate the warehouse, utilize scanning equipment, and maintain high productivity levels will be essential. Responsibilities:

• Accurately picking products from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
• Using handheld scanners to track inventory and order status.
• Packing items securely and safely for shipment.
• Ensuring the correct products and quantities are selected for each order.
• Transporting picked items to designated packing or shipping areas.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Following all safety guidelines and wearing required PPE at all times.
• Assisting with inventory counts and stock rotation.
• Performing other warehouse duties as directed to support overall logistics operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding order specifications.
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Physical stamina to handle tasks involving moderate Lifting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• A proactive approach to safety and adherence to all warehouse protocols.
