Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders using scanning equipment.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy before packing to minimize errors.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all company policies.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking of picking locations.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
- Perform tasks requiring moderate to heavy Lifting throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order pick lists and shipping instructions.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform regular Lifting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
