Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse bins and shelves according to electronic or paper pick lists.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Transport picked items to the packing station or designated staging area.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times during operations.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors promptly.
- Must be able to perform consistent Lifting and carrying of items up to 30 lbs.
- Participate in team efforts to meet daily order fulfillment goals for our logistics network.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and a meticulous approach to tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Capable of performing regular Lifting and carrying of items.
- A strong commitment to workplace Safety.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse and logistics concepts is beneficial.
