Order Picker

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Accurately locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or electronic devices.
• Verify picked items against order details to ensure correctness.
• Stage picked orders in designated areas for packing and shipping.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, as needed, following Safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all Safety standards.
• Report any stock discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors.
• Ensure appropriate PPE is worn at all times.
• Follow all Lifting instructions and best practices.
• Contribute to the overall Safety and efficiency of the Logistics operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or order picking role is beneficial.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform frequent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret order information.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
