Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory locations according to customer orders.
- Verify product information and quantities using RF scanners and manifests.
- Stage picked orders in the designated area for the packing process.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear the required PPE.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or issues encountered during picking.
- Participate in inventory cycle counting activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment and logistics flow.
