Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and report on inventory turnover.
- Ensure proper organization and storage of inventory to prevent damage or loss.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Proper use of required PPE during all inventory-related tasks.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to improve inventory accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory control or a similar warehouse role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and WMS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform tasks involving moderate Lifting and manual handling.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety and logistics best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
