Inventory Control Specialist

Job Summary:
Seeking a meticulous Inventory Control Specialist for our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma facility. This role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory. You will be responsible for conducting regular inventory counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing procedures to optimize stock management. A strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and Safety is essential. The ability to perform physical tasks, including some Lifting, is also required. Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and report on inventory turnover.
• Ensure proper organization and storage of inventory to prevent damage or loss.
• Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
• Proper use of required PPE during all inventory-related tasks.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to improve inventory accuracy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in inventory control or a similar warehouse role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software and WMS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform tasks involving moderate Lifting and manual handling.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Understanding of warehouse Safety and logistics best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
