Order Picker

Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Order Pickers to join our Austin, Texas team! This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. As an Order Picker, you will navigate our warehouse, locate specified items using pick lists or scanners, and prepare them for packing and shipment. This position demands attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety. You will be expected to perform frequent manual Lifting of items, some of which can be heavy. Adherence to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is critical to maintaining a secure working environment. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on orders.
• Use RF scanners to track picked items.
• Transport picked items to the packing station.
• Verify order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Wear all designated PPE at all times.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
• Engage in regular Lifting and movement of goods.
• Support the overall efficiency of our logistics workflow.
