Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications using RF scanners.
- Inspect items for defects or damage before packing.
- Select appropriate packaging materials and pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Operate equipment such as tape machines, box sealers, and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station and overall warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and procedures, including mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory checks and assist with stock rotation as needed.
- Contribute to team goals for picking and packing efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in picking, packing, or warehouse roles is advantageous.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety practices and the correct use of PPE.
- Understanding of logistics and fulfillment processes is a plus.
