Picker/Packer

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick orders from designated warehouse locations using pick sheets or RF scanners.
• Inspect items for damage before packing.
• Select appropriate packing materials and methods to ensure product safety during transit.
• Pack orders efficiently and accurately, meeting productivity standards.
• Label packages correctly with shipping information.
• Assist with staging packed orders for outbound shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in inventory management tasks as needed.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies, including proper use of PPE.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse/logistics role is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform moderate lifting, typically up to 35 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Understanding of warehouse safety standards and the importance of PPE.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math and reading comprehension.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
