Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders using provided technology (scanners, pick sheets).
- Carefully pack items into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy before sealing and labeling packages for shipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning and handling procedures.
- Keep the picking and packing station clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Follow all warehouse safety rules and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks, such as put-away and cycle counts, as directed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order picking, packing, or warehouse work is beneficial.
- Ability to interpret order tickets and identify products correctly.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Capable of performing tasks that require frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety standards, including the use of mandatory PPE.
- Must be comfortable with lifting up to 40 lbs consistently.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations and warehouse workflows is advantageous.
