Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order sheets and RF scanner instructions.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Transport picked items to the packing or staging area.
- Maintain an organized and clean picking environment.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety rules and wear appropriate PPE.
- Meet established productivity goals for order picking.
- Operate pallet jacks or other necessary equipment safely.
- Report any stock discrepancies or picking errors.
- Be prepared for regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret order documents.
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Understanding of logistics principles.
