Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on forklifts, conveyors, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential equipment failures or **Safety** hazards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities using WMS or other designated systems.
- Ensure all equipment operates in compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer specifications.
- Assist in the training of warehouse staff on proper equipment operation and basic maintenance.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Ensure appropriate **PPE** is utilized during all maintenance and repair tasks.
- Tasks may involve **Lifting** of tools, parts, or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with management to identify needs for equipment upgrades or replacements.
