Job Summary:

We are looking for meticulous individuals to accurately and efficiently gather items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is vital to our supply chain, ensuring timely dispatch and customer satisfaction. You will navigate the warehouse using picking lists, handheld scanners, and other devices to locate and retrieve products. Attention to detail is paramount to ensure order accuracy. This position involves significant movement throughout the warehouse, requiring a good level of physical fitness, including the ability for consistent lifting of items. We prioritize a safe working environment and expect all team members to strictly follow safety protocols, including the mandatory use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order tickets.
  • Use RF scanners and other technology to track picked items.
  • Verify product information and quantities before packing.
  • Transport picked items to the packing and shipping stations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with inventory counts and checks.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to supervision promptly.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
  • Meet established picking speed and accuracy targets.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability for steady lifting and movement, with capacity for lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
