Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations according to order specifications using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Consolidate picked items and prepare them for packing and shipping.
- Ensure the accuracy of picked items against order details to minimize errors.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in all assigned picking zones.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently if certified.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Meet established productivity targets while maintaining high quality standards.
- Understand and contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
- This position involves significant manual Lifting, with packages potentially weighing up to 50 lbs.
