We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Futures SupportSpecialist to join our operations team. This position plays a criticalrole in ensuring the smooth functioning of trade operations, customerservice, and risk oversight during off-peak hours, including weekendsand second/third shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strongunderstanding of futures markets, excellent communication skills, anda proactive approach to issue resolution and client service.
The schedule for this role is Saturday through Monday from12am to 8am. Including Holidays.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Serve as the point of contact for client inquiries received duringevening and weekend hours
Assist customers with account access, trade inquiries, positionquestions, and general support
Log and evolve client issues through established internalsystems (Salesforce, ticketing, etc.) for follow-up
Monitor order flow, executions, and clearing activity for accuracyand completeness
Support electronic trading platforms and assist with exchangeconnectivity issues
Monitor client positions, intraday exposure, and marginutilization using internal risk systems
Identify and evolve potential trading anomalies, limit breaches,or system alerts to senior staff
Participate in overnight surveillance procedures to ensurecompliance with firm and regulatory policies
Process new account documentation, ensuring accuracy andcompliance with regulatory requirements
Assist with internal onboarding workflows
Update client account information and support maintenance requestsas needed
Monitor cash flows into books and records along with client reports
Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned
Experience and Skills
1-3 years of experience in the futures, derivatives, orfinancial-services industry
Familiarity with exchange-traded derivatives, FCM operations, orclearing processes
Working knowledge of risk management and trade-support systems
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
