We have an immediate opening for an Order Picker in Boise, Idaho. This critical role involves accurately selecting and preparing products to fulfill customer orders. You will be navigating our warehouse facility, using order lists or scanners to locate and retrieve items efficiently. This is a physically demanding position within our logistics operations, requiring attention to detail and adherence to all Safety protocols, including the mandated use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). You must be comfortable performing tasks that involve regular Lifting of various product weights. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order documentation.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Comply with all Safety regulations and use required PPE at all times.
- Meet individual and team productivity goals.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the logistics department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and proper PPE usage.
