Job Summary:
Become a key player in our supply chain as an Order Picker at our facility in Provo, Utah. We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our logistics team. As an Order Picker, your primary function will be to accurately and efficiently retrieve products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This involves using scanning equipment, navigating the warehouse, and ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected. Maintaining a safe and organized work environment is a top priority. You will be expected to adhere to all company Safety guidelines and consistently wear the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive order lists and accurately pick items using RF scanners.
- Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipping.
- Maintain organized and clean picking locations.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or issues immediately.
- Follow all warehouse Safety rules and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
- Contribute to achieving daily order fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and logistics.
- Commitment to Safety and proper use of PPE.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
