Job Summary:
Become a key member of our e-commerce fulfillment operations as a Fulfillment Associate in Seattle, Washington. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Verify order accuracy before packaging.
- Package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of fulfillment processes.
- Perform frequent lifting and movement of packages and inventory.
- Ensure consistent and correct usage of all required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or retail environment is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Skilled in lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Dedication to safety and proper PPE utilization.
