About the Role The Company is in search of a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead and inspire the nursing teams across its two campuses. The CNO will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of nursing within the organization, with a strong focus on nurse recruitment, retention, and the advancement of quality, safety, and patient experience. This executive position demands a leader with a proven track record in nursing leadership, particularly in large, complex hospital settings, and experience in a tertiary environment with advanced services. Candidates for the CNO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in progressively responsible roles, with a background that includes a strong acute care clinical foundation and extensive administrative skills. The CNO will be expected to interact with physicians from a PSA perspective, manage students as attendings, and coordinate with students to maximize their potential.
