About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to spearhead transformative initiatives that enhance contemporary nursing practice and uphold the organization's mission, vision, and values. The CNO will be tasked with creating a productive environment and ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. This leadership role involves overseeing a large team and fostering collaboration to support the strategic and operational priorities in nursing. The successful candidate will be dedicated to evidence-based decision-making, promote a culture of learning, and be well-versed in clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and nursing excellence criteria. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and actively engaging in the nursing community is also a key responsibility.
