Total Rewards, Change Management & HR Workstreams This role acts as an integrator and executional engine for the HR project portfolio, ensuring alignment, momentum, and confidence for HR leaders. The ideal candidate blends strategic insight with hands-on delivery, driving key activities and enabling clarity across teams.
Key Responsibilities: Program Coordination & Governance Support Partner with HR leaders on planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities Maintain project documentation, timelines, risk logs, and dashboards Support governance routines: steering committees, working sessions, cross-functional checkpoints
Total Rewards Workstream Support: Coordinate Compensation & Benefits workstreams, ensuring milestones are met Support benefit plan implementation (NYL technology, HRIS, vendors: Alight & Empower) Assist with analytics, documentation, design sessions, leadership reviews, and communications Identify process gaps and support timely resolution
Change Management Support: Build and execute change deliverables: stakeholder assessments, communication plans, training, readiness checks Support Change Management lead with inputs, materials, and adoption tracking Maintain alignment across HR, Communications, and business areas
HR Transformation & HRIS Cutover Support: Coordinate activities for MacKay Shields HRIS cutover (workshops, deliverables, requirements, documentation) Act as connector across HRIS, HR partners, technology, and business stakeholders Support testing, data readiness, and issue tracking
Strategic & Operational Support: Translate leadership directives into actionable workplans and updates Identify risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities Take a hands-on approach to execution, ensuring efficiency
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Facilitate communication across HR, Finance, Technology, and business teams Prepare agendas, summaries, and presentation materials Support escalation processes with timely, accurate information Build trust-based partnerships through proactive engagement
Qualifications: 35+ years in program/project management or coordination roles Experience with Total Rewards, HRIS implementations, or large-scale HR initiatives (preferred) Familiarity with change management practices (PROSCI, ADKAR) a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities with composure Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable blending strat egic support with hands-on execution
