Direct and oversee the entire sales process focused on the United States Navy (USN) market Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the USN market Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development Stay updated on market trends and competitor actions affecting the company's positioning Build and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities, updating the CRM database regularly What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience Prior US DoD military service with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility Deep understanding of USN procurement and familiarity with ONR, NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVSUP, NAVFAC, and NIWC Knowledge of military C2, C5ISR, EW, or SIGINT applications Must have clearance at SECRET level or the ability to obtain it within 12 months How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Minimum 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field Strong technical acumen regarding US Navy tactical communications challenges and solutions Track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions Experience working with resellers and distributors Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
