What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Direct and oversee the entire sales process targeting customers in line with the company's strategic objectives

Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the United States Navy (USN) market

Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development

Stay updated on market trends and competitor actions impacting the company's positioning

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MIMO solutions to effectively communicate value to customers

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience

Prior US DoD military service with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility

Deep understanding of USN procurement and ONR, NAVSEA NAVAIR, NAVSUP, NAVFAC, and NIWC PEO and PM

Solid understanding of US DoD funding and procurement cycles

Must have clearance at SECRET level or the ability to obtain within 12 months of start date

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Minimum 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field

Extensive US Navy or Naval Special Warfare (NSW) experience

Strong technical acumen regarding US Navy tactical communications challenges and solutions

Track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions

Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
