What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Generate sales revenue in specified territory by executing an effective sales plan aligned with personal and team sales targets.

Create, update, and manage a strong capital sales funnel to meet quotas.

Approach, interview, demonstrate, negotiate, and close sales at various organizational levels.

Maintain and grow existing and new customer relationships through proactive selling and follow-up.

Report on the sales opportunity pipeline and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.

What is Required (Qualifications)

Associate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales representative managing a field sales territory.

Proven track record of meeting sales forecasts and experience in customer engagement within healthcare facilities.

Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements for healthcare systems.

Strong interpersonal relationship skills and ability to sell in hospital and healthcare environments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems like Salesforce.com.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university.

More than 3 years of experience running your own territory in medical device sales.

Documented history of sales success, including consistent attainment of sales forecasts and awards.

Existing relationships with major medical customers in the assigned geography.

Desire and ability to learn about products and understand customer needs.
