What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Research and implement sales strategies for assigned territory to drive revenue growth
Present partnership opportunities to health system leaders and referral sources
Create and manage short‑ and long‑term account plans and track progress
Build and maintain relationships with key customer decision‑makers
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and service excellence
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of sales experience; pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferred
OR High school diploma and at least 5 years of sales experience; pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferred
Experience applying sales and marketing principles in a professional setting
Proven ability to analyze and report sales data to identify trends and drive improvements
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, and basic skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Clinical bachelor’s degree
Previous experience in infusion sales
