An established mid-sized law firm based in Houston with over 25 years in practice is seeking a
Mid-Level Corporate/M&A Attorney
with
4+ years of experience
to join their team! This Attorney will ideally have experience with
corporate transactions, mergers, and acquisitions , ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while advising clients on complex business matters.
Offer
Salary range: $160,000 - $180,000, depending on experience

Qualifications
The candidate must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to the Texas Bar.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and business transactions.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and client service skills.
Responsibilities
Advise clients on corporate and business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and governance.
Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements, disclosure schedules, and related documents.
Conduct due diligence and provide strategic guidance on risk allocation and compliance issues.
Analyze legal issues involving antitrust, intellectual property, employment, tax, and regulatory matters.
Deliver practical, business-driven solutions directly to clients.
