What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Direct and oversee the entire sales process targeting customers in the United States Navy
Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the USN market
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
Contribute to building a robust pipeline of business opportunities and maintain CRM updates
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MIMO solutions to effectively communicate product value
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
Prior US DoD military service with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility
Deep understanding of USN procurement and related military applications
Solid understanding of US DoD funding and procurement cycles
Must have clearance at SECRET level or the ability to obtain it within 12 months
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Minimum 4 years of business development and sales experience in a technical field
Extensive US Navy or Naval Special Warfare experience
Strong technical acumen regarding US Navy tactical communications challenges
Track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions
Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
