What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage the entire sales process targeting customers within the United States Navy (USN) market

Build and maintain relationships with partners and customers, identifying new opportunities for MIMO solutions

Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to enhance sales development

Maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities and regularly update the CRM database

Develop and communicate a deep understanding of MIMO solutions to customers

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience

Prior US DoD military service with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility

Deep understanding of USN procurement processes and military applications

Experience leading all phases of business capture, including proposals and strategic positioning

Must have clearance at SECRET level or the ability to obtain one within 12 months

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Minimum 4 years of business development and sales experience in a technical field

Extensive experience with US Navy or Naval Special Warfare (NSW)

Strong technical acumen regarding US Navy tactical communications challenges

Proven track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions

Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
