What is Required (Qualifications)
4+ years of experience in Product Management, collaborating with engineering and design teams
Experience in a growth or consumer-oriented product management role
Proven track record of building and shipping products that drive meaningful business impact
Strategic and tactical experience in designing and executing scalable processes
Ability to communicate technical tradeoff decisions to non-technical stakeholders and executives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in an operations-intensive environment
Familiarity with consumer health and wellness products
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Previous involvement in cross-functional team leadership
Passion for improving healthcare experiences
